Cooks' Guild
The Cooks' Guild meets to learn the arts and sciences of cooking period
and non-period foods for large numbers of people. We use modern commercial sanitation,
skills, and knowledge to prepare foods from redacted (converted to modern form) receipes
for our friends. Each meeting usually has a combination of teaching and cooking with
the participants eating what is prepared.
