An Email from Marion inghean ui Ruanadh
I am fairly certain that Duke Seamus and Mistress Maggie have theirs. Sir Arthur of the Fen (my stepfather) also had his (the barony gave Mom and Arthur one at the same time, upon inception of the award.) Most of the initial keystones (1990-1991) had theirs as well. I know Alastrina and Areanna had theirs. I also believe Steffan of the Tall Pines had his. I have one as well. I think there are a few others I am aware of, but I will have to check my memory against those who were around before I tell you anyone else with any degree of certainty.
